How It Works
This is accountability coaching. 12 weeks. 5 structured phases. One price.
Week 1
We map your current state: what you have, what's working, what's bleeding money or time. You'll complete the Builder Profile and Scrap or Scale assessment if you haven't already. We review everything and build your custom coaching roadmap.
Weeks 2–3
We design your revenue system together: offer structure, pricing, positioning, audience strategy, content engine, and tech stack. You make every decision — we pressure-test each one and share what we'd do differently.
Weeks 4–8
You build. We coach. Weekly calls, Slack support between sessions, and real-time feedback as you implement each piece. We've seen 100+ people build this — we know exactly where you'll get stuck and how to get unstuck fast.
Weeks 9–11
You launch. We optimize based on real data, not theory. We help you read what's working, cut what isn't, and dial in the system until it's generating revenue on its own.
Week 12
Build the operating layer so it runs without you in every step. SOPs, handoff documentation, recurring systems, and a 90-Day Operating Plan — executable, not aspirational.

How much does it cost?
The Revenue Systems Coaching is $4,250 for 12 weeks. There is one price with no tiers and no upsells inside the sprint. Entry is by application only.
What makes this different from other coaching programs?
This is accountability coaching — not advice. You do the work. The sprint ensures you do the right work, in the right order, and finish what you start. Phase gates prevent you from moving forward until the foundation is solid. A Constraint Inventory identifies what is actually blocking you. A Failure Mode Register catches problems before they cost money.
How much time does it take on my end?
Plan for 5-10 hours per week: one 60-minute coaching call plus implementation work between sessions. The more you put in, the more you get out.
What if I need to pause?
Life happens. We can pause for up to 2 weeks without restarting. Longer pauses may require rescheduling to a future cohort.
Do I need to have completed the Builder Profile first?
No — we'll do it together in Week 1 if you haven't. But if you've already done it, we skip ahead and go deeper on your custom roadmap.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You have a working revenue system. You also get a 90-Day Operating Plan. If you need ongoing support after that, we can discuss options — but most people don't need it because they've built the muscle to operate independently.
What if I'm not accepted?
If coaching isn't the right fit, we'll tell you exactly what to use instead — usually the Builder Profile, Offer Architect, or Prompt Mastery. We'd rather direct you to the right tool than take your money for the wrong one.
